Library is closed due to COVID-19

Due to the Governor's Stay at Home order, the library building will be closed for the time being. Please read the following frequently asked questions if you need some help. If these don't answer your questions, please click on the link at the bottom of this form to ask your question and we will get back to you.

Q. My items are due back!  What do I do?
A. No items are due back until after we are reopened.  It is best to keep your items at home.  This includes Room of Things items, Hotspots, Museum Passes, and items that were delivered via Outreach.  We encourage you to stay home, but if you absolutely must return your items, please use the metal wall drop off of Parkman Street.

Q. Will I have to pay overdue fines?
A. There are no overdue fines on any items, including out of town items.  If your account locks up at any time, please use the form below to let us know.

Q.  I thought you were doing curbside service?  How can I submit a request? 
A.  Curbside service has ended and employees are working from home.  No holds can be picked up until we reopen.

Q.  Can I get an account to use e-resources?
A.  Yes!  Click this link to go to the CW MARS digital catalog for eBooks, audiobooks, and magazines. No library card is needed!  

Q. I don't know my pin to use online services - how do I find it?
A.  Your pin is often the last four digits of your phone number OR your last name in all CAPS. If those things don't work, send us your information in the form in the link below.
