Ages 13 to Adult
Not your gym’s cardio kickboxing class! Trim, tighten, and tone your entire body to the beat of energizing music in a workout that can’t be beat! Classes incorporate combinations of punches, kicks and blocks. You will also utilize various equipment such as punching bags, hand weights, and stability balls. No need for a high level of fitness or previous experience. This is a workout you can do at your own pace. Let’s BURN SOME CALORIES!
