	ARTICLE 32 Handicapped Access Bylaw 1. Within reason, all public meetings within the Town of Westborough and of a governmental body as defined in the Open Meeting Law, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 39, Section 23A, shall be held in locations which are accessible to those with impairments and/or disabilities. 2. The advance notice required by law for public meetings, shall be posted according to procedure in a specific accessible location and in any appropriate local media. 3. The Disability Affairs Committee is directed to monitor compliance with this Bylaw and is further directed to report at each Annual Town Meeting regarding compliance and recommended changes in this Bylaw, if indicated.
