	ARTICLE 27 Sewer Regulations Section 1. The Manager of the Department of Public Works may promulgate Rules and Regulations for the connection to and operation and maintenance of the municipal sewer collection system. Section 2. The Westborough Treatment Plant Board may promulgate Rules and Regulations for the operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant including pre_treatment regulations as may be required pursuant to Federal and/or State regulations. Section 3. Rules and Regulations promulgated under this Bylaw shall be subject to approval of the Board of Selectmen. Section 4. Penalties for violation of Rules and Regulations adopted under this Bylaw shall be set forth in Article 12 as amended, or in accordance with any special act* adopted by the legislature specifically for this purpose. Chapter 730, Acts of 1972 (ATM86) Section 5.* The Town acting by and through its manager of the Department of Public Works shall enforce Rules and Regulations promulgated under Section 1 of this Bylaw. The Town acting by and through the Westborough Treatment Plant Board shall enforce Rules and Regulations promulgated under Sec. 2 of this Bylaw. (ATM87)
