	ARTICLE 23 Hunting Section 1. No person, except by written permission of the land owner, shall be allowed to hunt or shoot on public or private property within the limits of the Town. Section 2. Written permission obtained in compliance with Section 1 above shall, at all times while hunting or shooting, be in the possession of the person to who it was issued. ATM83)
