	ARTICLE 14 Building Department Section A. There shall be a Building Department consisting of the Building Commissioner, Inspector of Plumbing and Gas, and Inspector of Wires appointed by the Town Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Article 4, Section 4_2 of the Charter of the Town of Westborough. (Title changed ATM98) Section B. The functions of the Building Department shall be to administer and enforce the provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code _ Chapter 802 of the Acts of 1972 as amended and including the provisions of Chapter 143, Section 3L of the M.G.L.A. as amended . . . Chapter 142, Section 2 of the M.G.L.A. as amended and Chapter 737 of the Acts of 1960. (a) The Inspector of Buildings may also act as the Zoning Enforcement Officer. Section C. The Inspectors shall receive such compensation as the Town vote under the Salary and Wage Administration Plan. Section D. Fees. Fees for Inspections and/or permits issued by the Department shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Selectmen; the fee schedule will be on file with the Town Clerk and in the Office of the Building Department.
