ARTICLE 13A
Exempt Employee Leave

1. Exempt employees, not in bargaining units, shall receive, on a fiscal year basis, two (2) compensating paid days in addition to any other leave that they may be entitled to under the Town Bylaws.

2.  For the purposes of this Bylaw, confidential employees under Chapter 150E shall be deemed to be exempt employees.

3.  The Personnel Board may issue rules and regulations regarding the administration of this Bylaw.                                                                                     (Added ATM98)
