	The purpose of the Board is to operate the wastewater treatment plant to treat the waste waters of the Towns of Westborough and Shrewsbury in accordance with the intermunicipal agreement. The plant also treats wastewater from a portion of Hopkinton. The Board generally meets once per month, the second Wednesday of the month. The Board may meet more often as the need arises, and the day of the meeting may change as directed by the Board.
