(Established at Special Town Meeting, March 17, 1980, Article 2)
The Westborough Country Club Operating Committee is a five member committee appointed by the Board of Selectmen responsible for the operation, maintenance and support of activities and programs that are directly related to the use of the Westborough Country Club. Committee members oversee the service contracts of the golf professional and the superintendent as well as maintaining the membership and serving on sub-committees for special projects as needed.
The Committee meets once a month on the first Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Country Club meeting room at 121 West Main Street. Meetings will typically last one to two hours. Committee members are expected to attend 75% of the meetings per year.
